Finally found myself steady part time employment. So very happy. I hope I don't tire of it too soon because I really do need the money.

Winter Sports

The following is a rough conversation that went on between me & my boyfriend after seeing an ad on Foxtel for the Winter Olympic games last night.




TV: *talks about rules of curling* 
Him: Let's make a winter sport. 
Me: I know, let's get a big rock and throw it down the ice and get people to sweep unwanted ice out of it's way. 
Him: No. That sport is lame. Like let's fully make a winter sport. 
Me: How about, who can build a snowman the fastest? 
Him: Haha, yeah! 
Me: Or a huge arse snowball fight, like skirmish with snowballs. 
Him: Haha *awkward silence*




We're mega cuties.

Now That's Talent

Yesterday I made myself so proud. I thought it was about time to check all the bits under the bonnet of my car, as I have had it for about 3 weeks - and have done over 500km's. I had absolutely no help and nobody previously showed me what to do. I was a bit scared, that was until I popped the bonnet.

I was able to check the radiator, and top it up with water; check the oil; check the wiper water level and top that up; and finally, check the power steering fluid. Everything is all in order. My hands got a bit greasy, and I absolutely loved it.

Screw Valentines Day

Why should a certain day tell me I should love my significant other more than every other day? I love my man everyday, no matter the occasion.
